Our StoryThe Workterra™ story began in 1987 as a provider of many top-rated benefit programs, including FSA, COBRA Administration, Commuter Benefits, Invoice Reconciliation, and Voluntary Insurance. Serving a wide variety of businesses throughout the United States, from small organizations to large national corporations, allowed us to gain valuable knowledge and insight into the most important HR needs.
As a result, in 2004 we introduced our benefits administration and enrollment application, Workterra BenAdmin. From the start, its flexible approach provided automated integration to carriers and payroll systems, creating a single-key, paperless environment for our clients. The cloud-based solution has always allowed access to information anytime, anywhere from the web.
In October 2022, Workterra was acquired by Businessolver, a market leader in SaaS-based benefits technology and services. Joining forces with another innovative and customer-focused organization in the benefits technology space opens the door for greater opportunities to support our employees, customers and partners in new ways.
